New Arts was founded in 2007 and is serving clients from the Europe, the U.S. and Japan with OEM/ODM for novelty plastic toys. The businesses started from production / research / developing / selling and technology transfer all kinds plastic toys. 

In 2013, we launched a decorating accessory for the fish tank and was sure about the surprise that this product would bring to the market. However, we were not quite satisfied with the quality at that time. After a number of researches and tests, until 2014 summer, we finally launched a series of the product. We named it as “Fluorescent Aquarium World”. And we were 100% confident in the mastery of all production techniques.

We entered the global stage in 2015, our products “Fluorescent Aquarium World” were introduced to the world through professional expos. It was undoubtedly that we had arrested the attention of the market and aroused the interest of professional buyers in further cooperation. In 2016, we attend the world biggest pet expo INTERZOO in Germany, our “Fluorescent Aquarium World” products brought us round of applause again. Meanwhile we also registered our trademarks “ENKO AQUA” across the world in 2016.

When we witnessed the markets and profits that our products brought to the clients, we started to think about developing more products to boosting the sales, with a consistent perfect quality for our clients. So, we expanded the roles in quality control department and R&D department. We are also the only one in this industry engaged in 90% self-production of product design, module design, product sampling, product dyeing, volume production, silicon accessories, fluorescent ink, skin packing and so on. So if any quality issue or complaint from clients, it could be promptly processed by ourselves and we will find the cause right away to solve problems and prevent it.
